Small Fire at C building

At approximately 3:10 p.m. this afternoon a small fire broke out on the 3rd floor of the C-Building on Schurr High School Campus. The fire was quickly extinguished. Out of an abundance of caution, the local fire department was called out to assess the situation. The fire department was on campus for about 20 minutes then proceeded to give the all clear. Student dismissal was at 2:45 p.m. Most of our students had already left campus for the day. No one was injured or harmed as a result of this fire. School will resume as scheduled tomorrow.
